7/17/2025 Summer Farm Adventure - Thursday Expanded Window

A note about program times: We've heard your feedback! Some of the schools we've worked with have shared that due to scheduling challenges or transportation challenges, they are only able to come for programs in the middle of the day. On Thursdays, we are excited to offer an expanded time window for schools in need of mid-day program times. Your program will still be 2 hours long, but you wil be able to choose from a broader range of times. If your school is able to book a trip within the typical 9AM - 12PM and 1PM - 4:30PM time windows offered on other days of the week, please do so. Please help us ensure that these extended time windows go to those who need it most!

REGISTRATION INFO:

This registration link is for a 2-hour program during our extended Thursday window (9:00 AM - 1:30 PM). If you would prefer an afternoon program, please select a afternoon window from our program calendar. While registering, you will choose a 2-hour timeslot within 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM that works best for you. If the specific timeslots offered do not work for you, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule!

Our maximum group size for Summer Farm Adventures on this date is 30 students, and we ask that you email or call us to confirm availability if you are registering a group of 20 or more. We can be reached at education@oxbow.org, or at 425-788-1134 x 1.
